A simple, stylish large serving bowl, perfect for vegetables or rice. The bowl is glazed on the inside and is unglazed on the outside, revealing the clay, making it lovely to look at and tactile to hold.
To make the Bowl last and last I use a certified food safe / water-based sealer on the outside (tested and certified by EU Standards). It is a nano-technology and non-toxic product that embeds into the clay and is invisible, unlike other sealants. It is:
- Waterproof and Stain resistant
- Antibacterial (can help prevent formation of algae, moss, fungus, scale)
- Dishwasher, (microwave and oven for re-heating) safe. Provided they are not placed directly from fridge to hot oven or microwave.
This bowl can also be bought as part of a set of 4 bowls that fit snuggly together. With the 4 bowls you can serve up your whole meal (a rice dish, casserole, veggies and condiment).
Dimensions: Diam 15.5 x H 7cm
Colours Available: Choose between a green or white glaze inside the bowl with either a sand, brick or ebony exterior
Sand (a buff colour), Brick (a red/brown colour) and Ebony (black).
Please note: these are handmade products and therefore dimensions and colours can have slight variations.
